Piggies

I made piggies today, this is Christmas naked piggy, and here we have......Christmas checkered piggy!
They were so much fun to make once I figured out the pattern, but it took me a while to decide what fabric to make them out of, not a bad way to spend a dreary rainy afternoon, that and chocolate makes everything ok! I think I might put a couple of them in my Etsy store just to see how they go.I just had to show you these wonderful seed pods, they were over in my neighbors garden, they are lily seed pods and I think they are just lovely and weird at the same time.I just can't get enough of the fall colors this year, every where you look it is just so beautiful, this tree was just down the road from our home, I am going to be real sorry when all the leaves drop, leaving everything bare.

Before I forget pop on over to Bethany's blog Red Yarn, she is going to be having a blog party to celebrate the premiere of the Twilight movie, due to open on November 20th, I think it will be a lot of fun!

Fabulous piggies! I love naked piggie the best. I don't have much reason for Xmas tree decorations over here but suggest you make plenty of them and pop them in your store. I'm sure they'll go fast!

Those really are the most wonderful seedheads, I wish I had those in my garden. I could do with a little more autumnal red in the garden too. x
