First thing in the morning.

I was up early this morning, just in time to see the Olympic mountains, this is the view from our bedroom window. Still a little hazy, but such a nice sight to wake up to.

The sprinklers in the garden had been on earlier and I thought it would make for some interesting photo's. A lovely Columbine......day lily leaves......and some hosta leaves.

One of my ferns, which came out rather lovely.Another one of my roses, a very pale lemon color, I just love it.
Happy Wednesday, I hope you have a lovely one!

I agree with Annemarie...did you major in photography or is it just a hobby??? fantastic pics, but more so all the views you get to see. my views are not as lovely as yours, but i do love my flowers and roses and are fortunate that we have no backyard neighbors and back up to a park instead. we do have mountains in a distance on 2 side of us and its more rural here. there are streets where people have a few acres and have horses, chickens, etc. on my way to my moms, there are dairies that are slowly disappearing. so my area is not quite the city, but not as spacious as yours. i love telling the kids about my internet friends and showing them your blog and what it looks like in other parts of the states.

Such pretty pictures! I loved the columbine the most. They call them 'granny's bonnets' around here...I think that if fairies were going to live anywhere...it would be in a drift of columbines! Jen
